(Re)Learning How to Learn: A Leader’s Strategy for Growth

If knowledge were a magic bullet, most of us would be invincible by now. We’ve listened to the podcasts, bookmarked the posts, and highlighted entire shelves of books. Yet the gap between what we know and what we live still yawns wide—and when the next crisis hits, the notes scatter like loose papers on a windy street. You don’t need more information; you need a way to firmly root what you already have learned and anything you’ll learn next. Join me in this session to learn … or maybe re-learn… how to learn, and more importantly, apply what you’ve learned.

Speaker Bio

Dr. Meghan Kinter thrives on helping businesses and people get “unstuck” and back to chasing their vision. For more than two decades, she has leveraged her expertise in strategy, marketing, and project management in her work with cause-based organizations, driving regional and national initiatives in social wellness, domestic violence prevention, religiosity, and behavioral health. Today, she serves as the Chief Strategic Growth Officer at LECOM Behavioral Health. She loves Jesus, coffee, a good strategy, and ancestry.com. She holds both a master’s and a doctoral degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership.

Upcoming Session

In a world that glorifies boundless choice and unrestrained ambition, we often overlook the quiet power of limits. This presentation explores how intentional boundaries—on time, attention, and habits—don’t confine us, but rather unlock focus, clarity, and purpose as leaders. Discover how setting limits can fuel creativity, strengthen relationships, and lead to more effective, authentic leadership. Sometimes, the key to true freedom isn’t doing more—but stopping at the edge of enough, on purpose.

Speaker Bio

Scott is in his 7th year on staff at Grace Church and currently serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministries. Prior to coming on staff at Grace, Scott spent 18 years in higher education working both clinically as a sports medicine specialist and as an assistant professor. He completed his doctorate in Higher Ed Leadership in 2016 with a research focus in cross-cultural mentoring and has had the opportunity to publish in multiple journals related to this topic. All of this, however, pales in comparison to his most cherished roles as husband to his wife Heather and father to his 2 teenage daughters, Maelyn and Maya. One last thing you need to know about Scott, he is an overachiever by nature and has struggled with setting limits for most of his life. You’re in good company.

Becoming a Self-Aware Leader: Insights from the Enneagram

This session invites leaders to explore the Enneagram as a powerful tool for self-discovery and spiritual growth. By understanding your core personality type, you’ll uncover how your natural tendencies shape your leadership style, communication, and decision-making. In her relatable teaching style, Kristin will help you recognize your strengths and blind spots, enabling you to lead with greater self-awareness, empathy, and dependance on God. Whether you’re seeking to improve team dynamics or deepen your own leadership journey, this session points to who God created you to be—and who He is calling you to become as a leader.

Speaker Bio

Kristin Hesch developed an interest in youth and adolescents while pursuing her Psychology degree at Penn State Behrend, including an internship with The Ophelia Project. She obtained her master’s degree in organizational leadership from Mercyhurst University, with a research thesis focused on the roles of empathy and forgiveness in relational aggression. Kristin has spent the past 20 years mentoring middle and high school students in the Erie community through training, speaking, and facilitating networks of connection.

Within each of us lies a choice: to keep circling the same mountains in our life and leadership, or to engage in the courageous process of personal growth. One keeps us stuck; the other shapes us into the kind of leader the world around us needs, starting from the inside out.

You were made for more, and this session will equip you to take ownership of your growth, reframe your mindset, develop resilience, and pursue a life of lasting impact. It’s time to confront what’s holding you back and grow into the leader you’re called to be—in every area of your life.
