Christian training for existing and emerging leaders

Grace Leadership Institute is unique: we gather in practical environments where colleagues learn together, contribute examples, and benefit from each other’s experiences. Our programs are perfect for existing and emerging business & organization leaders, church leaders & pastors, and anyone looking to improve their leadership skills.

We have a highly skilled and engaged faculty drawing from local leaders and regional leadership experts. We are excited to see the impact of this educational option on students from Erie and the tri-state area.

Grace Leadership Institute provided our agency with meeting space for an all-day strategic planning retreat with our executive leadership team and board of directors.  The Executive Director, Melanie Deppen, was personally invested in the success of the event, just as much as we were.  She asked the right questions, determined our needs to the smallest detail, and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the day.  The large conference room was aesthetically pleasing with high ceilings and natural light.  It was also well-equipped with the right technology, which was easy to use. We are excited to host more events at this venue in the future, based on the caring and highly competent staff, the modern technology, and the enjoyable atmosphere of this beautifully restored historic building.

I had the opportunity to attend a leadership training event at Grace Leadership Institute. The staff from GLI and the building itself was very welcoming. It is obvious that great care was put into not only the building remodel, but into the event itself. It was well organized and extremely helpful from a learning standpoint and encouraging as well. The genuineness of wanting to leverage the building for use in furthering God's Kingdom is very evident and refreshing.

Classrooms are available for educational and group meetings. GLI is a high-tech facility with a flexible space design, including moveable tables and chairs with various room configurations. The atmosphere is modern while incorporating the beautiful architecture of the historic building. You can rent the whole building or individual classrooms at an hourly rate.
